43.1 A Member or Occupier of a Lot must not use the water closets, conveniences and
other water apparatus, including waste pipes and drains, for any other purpose other
than those which they were constructed, and the sweeping of rubbish or other
unsuitable substances shall not be deposited therein. Any costs or expenses resulting
from any damage or blockage shall be borne by the Member/Occupier found to be
responsible for the damage or blockage.
