38 STORAGE OF BICYCLES

38.1 A Member or Occupier of a Lot must not:

(a) permit any bicycle to be stored other than in their Lot and the areas of the
Common Property designated by the Owners Corporation or its Manager for
such purpose and fitted with bicycle racks;

(b) permit any bicycle to be brought into a Lot or the foyer, stairwells, lifts,
hallways, garden areas, walkways, balconies or other parts of the Common
Property except in any area as may be designated for storage of bicycles by
the Owners Corporation or its Manager from time to time
