32.1 The Member of a Lot shall pay on demand by the Owners Corporation all legal costs on a solicitor-own client basis which the Owners Corporation pays, incurs or expends
in consequence of any default by the Member in the performance or observance of any
term, covenant or condition contained in these Rules including but not limited to
recovery of Owners Corporation contribution fees.
