20.1 A Member of a Lot or a person, corporation or statutory body in occupation of a
Member’s Lot is entitled to require the Owners Corporation at the expense of the
Occupier to include the name of the Occupier and the number of the Occupier’s Lot on
a directory board located on the Common Property. The size and style of the type face
must be as approved in writing by the Owners Corporation.
