18.1 A consent given by the Owners Corporation under these Rules will, if practicable, be
revocable and may be given subject to conditions, including, without limitation, a
condition evidenced by a minute of a resolution that the Member or Occupier for the
time being of the Lot to which the consent or approval relates is responsible for
compliance with the terms of the consent.
