7AM – 10PM Sunday thru Thursday
7AM – 11PM Friday and Saturday
(7AM New Years Eve until 2AM New Years Day)
Video and electronic surveillance
Your actions will be recorded and monitored in this area for your safety and security
Pets
Must be on a leash when on common property; including in lifts
Clean up any mess caused by pets immediately
Smoking & Alcohol
Smoking & Alcohol is permitted within the Rooftop Common Area
Cigarette butts must be disposed of in ashtrays provided
Barbeque
Clean the BBQ after use and replace the cover
Turn off the gas at the wall
Clean up after yourself
Replace all furniture back to their original positions
Turn off the lights
Waste Disposal
Waste must be bagged securely and disposed of responsibly
Do not overload bins; do not throw rubbish over the railings (including cigarette ash)
Cleaning and Services Fees
A minimum cleaning and service fee of $80 + GST will be passed on to LOT owners in each instance of non-compliance
This rooftop common area shared space is provided for the enjoyment of ALL LOT owners, it cannot be exclusively booked for private functions
