You must notify the building manager via email 3 days before your scheduled move to book the lift and lift-liners.
Only one booking will be accepted per day.
You must provide the building manager (SNL):
The requested date and time of the move
The name of your Removalist company
A copy of your Removalists Public Liability Insurance Policy
A Signed Indemnity Form (by your Removalist) to protect the Owners Corporation from potential damage or injury
Moves are only permitted between 9am and 5pm Monday thru Friday
Moves only permitted via lift in Basement/Car Park
Do not block or impede lift access to other residents
Do not hold the lift-up unnecessarily
Do not block or impede access to the car park entrance with vehicles
Owner/tenant is responsible for repair costs for any damage caused to common areas
All cardboard waste must be broken down and taken to Basement and left by Cleaning Room Doors; do not block entry ways
A minimum cleaning and service fee of $80 + GST will be passed on to LOT owners with respect to cleaning and rubbish removal
