Your actions in common areas may be monitored and recorded
Do not allow unauthorised people onto the property
Report lost FOBs/Keys to building management immediately
Pets
Must be on a leash when on common property; including in lifts
Clean up any mess caused by pets immediately
Smoking & Alcohol
Smoking and drinking alcohol in common areas is prohibited
Waste Disposal
Waste must be bagged securely and disposed of responsibly
Do not overload bins
Cleaning Fees
Non-compliance will attract a minimum cleaning and service fee of $80 + GST, charged directly to LOT owners
Parking
Park in your allocated bay only. Do not block entries
Use the pedestrian entry for safe entry/exit to the basement
Noise
Keep noise to a minimum on balconies and in common areas
Consider your neighbours at night
Moving in and out
Moves can only happen Monday thru Friday
You must book the lift and lift-liners via the Building Manager
No modifications to common property
Unauthorised lock boxes or other devices attached to common property will be removed without notice
