34 ROOF TOP TERRACE LOCATED WITHIN THE COMMON PROPERTY

34.1 A Member or Occupier of a Lot must comply with the Rules and the additional rules set out in this rule 34 controlling the use and operation of the roof top terrace located
within the Common Property (Roof Top Terrace) (including hours of operation), as set
by the Owners Corporation or managing agent from time to time and can be changed
by the Committee by ordinary resolution at a Committee meeting. The Roof Top
Terrace rules are as follows:

(a) a Member or Occupier of a Lot and their guests may consume alcohol, other
beverages (including the taking of glassware) and food on the Roof Top
Terrace subject to the responsible consumption of alcohol by a Member or
Occupier of a Lot and their guests;

(b) all users of the Roof Top Terrace do so at their own risk;

(c) children aged 16 years and under are not permitted to use the Roof Top
Terrace at any time unless accompanied by a person over the age of 18;

(d) hours of use for the Roof Top Terrace are 7am to 10pm Sundays to
Thursdays and 7am to 11pm Fridays and Saturdays;

(e) the Roof Top Terrace is for use by Members or Occupiers and their guests,
although guests are to be accompanied by a Member or Occupier at all times;

(f) users of any barbeque installed in the Roof Top Terrace must ensure that it is
cleaned after use. Any Member or Occupier of a Lot who fails to clean the
barbeques after use shall bear the cost of cleaning by the Owners
Corporation;

(g) all cigarette ash and butts and other rubbish must be disposed of in the
appropriate receptacle provided by the Owners Corporation in the Roof Top
Terrace;

(h) appropriate attire and footwear must be worn at all times whilst on the Roof
Top Terrace;

(i) ball games, music, noisy or hazardous activities are not permitted on the Roof
Top Terrace at any time;

(j) pets are not permitted on the Roof Top Terrace at any time unless they are
necessary to aid a person with a disability.
