24.1 In the event of any infectious disease which may require notification by virtue of
any statute, regulation or ordinance affecting any person in any Lot, the
Member or Occupier of such Lot shall give, or cause to be given, written notice
thereof and any other information which may be required relative thereto to the
Manager and shall pay to the Owners Corporation the expenses of disinfecting
the Building where necessary and replacing any articles or things the
destruction of which may be rendered necessary by such disease.
