1.1 Except in the case of an emergency (in which case no notice shall be required) upon five (5) days notice in writing the Owners Corporation or the Manager and their servants, agents and contractors shall be permitted to inspect the interior of any Lot and test the electrical, gas or water installation or equipment therein and to trace and repair any leakage or defect in the said installations or equipment (at the expense of the Lot Member in cases where such leakage or defect is due to any act or default of the Lot Member or its invitees). The Owners Corporation and the Manager, in exercising this power, shall ensure that their servants, agents and employees cause as little inconvenience to the Lot Member as is reasonable in the circumstances.
